1. Who We Are

The Site is operated by Twisted River Farms, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company located in Washington County, Wisconsin (“Twisted River Farms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our mailing address is 1533 County Road O, Hartford, WI 53027. You can reach our team at orders@twistedriverfarms.com.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase any product from Twisted River Farms. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older, that you are purchasing products for personal use or a lawful business purpose, and that hemp-derived CBD and CBG products are legal to receive at your shipping address.

Customers buying our HEMP Kids line for a minor must do so as the parent or legal guardian of that minor and assume full responsibility for whether the product is appropriate for the child. We strongly encourage families to consult a qualified healthcare provider before giving any hemp-derived product to a child.

3. United States Sales Only; Restricted States

Twisted River Farms sells and ships only within the United States. We do not sell, ship, or take orders internationally under any circumstances. Due to state law and shipping restrictions, we also do not sell or ship to the following U.S. states: Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

State hemp laws change frequently. We may update the restricted-states list as laws evolve, and the current list shown at checkout always controls. If you are located outside the United States or in a restricted state, please do not place an order; orders that we identify as ineligible will be cancelled and refunded.

4. Account Registration

You may browse the Site without an account, but placing orders, saving wishlists, or accessing order history requires registration. You agree to provide accurate, current information; to keep your password confidential; and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at orders@twistedriverfarms.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We do our best to describe our products, list cannabinoid potencies, and photograph them accurately. Color, packaging, and minor formulation details may vary, and product images are illustrative. All product descriptions, prices, and inventory are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that we believe were placed in error or that violate these Terms.

6. Hemp Compliance

All cannabinoid products sold by Twisted River Farms are derived from hemp grown on our farm or sourced from licensed partners and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9 THC) on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”). Each batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and the current Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each item is linked directly on that item’s product page on the Site.

State and local laws regarding hemp-derived products vary and change frequently. You are responsible for confirming that the products you order are legal where you live and where they will be delivered.

7. No Medical Claims

Statements about Twisted River Farms products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any hemp-derived product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

8. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing and free-shipping offers may have additional terms and may be modified or ended at any time.

Payments on the Site are processed by 2Accept (https://www.2accept.net/), our third-party payment processor. When you check out, your card or payment account information is submitted directly to 2Accept and the issuing networks; Twisted River Farms does not receive or store your full payment card number. By submitting an order you authorize 2Accept and its banking partners to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including any taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not constitute our acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it. Until that time, we may decline or cancel the order for any reason, including pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, or compliance reasons. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

9. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We ship within the United States only, and we do not ship to Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Estimated transit times are typical and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors may affect delivery.

Because our products are age-restricted, all orders are shipped with adult-signature service: a person 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package, and the carrier will request to see government-issued identification. If no eligible adult is available, the carrier will leave a notice and reattempt delivery according to its policies. Packages that are unclaimed and returned to us will be handled under Section 10 (Returns and Refunds).

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us. Please inspect your shipment promptly and contact us within 7 days of delivery if it arrives damaged or incorrect.

10. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are ingestible and topical wellness goods, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email orders@twistedriverfarms.com with your order number; we will respond with return instructions if your item qualifies. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded at our option once we verify the issue. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is the result of our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through 2Accept once we receive and inspect the returned item.

11. Promotions, Discounts, and Mailing List

From time to time we offer promotional codes, discounts, free-shipping offers, and rewards for joining our mailing list. Each offer is subject to its own terms, may be limited to one use per customer, may not be combined with other offers, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Free shipping on a first order requires a valid email subscription at the time of checkout.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and all its content — including the Twisted River Farms name, logos, product names, photographs, written content, and design — are owned by Twisted River Farms or our licensors and are protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or use our content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

13. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site or our social channels, you grant Twisted River Farms a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content in connection with our business, including in marketing materials. You are responsible for the content you submit, you must own or have permission to share it, and it must not be unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or obscene.

14. Prohibited Uses

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Use the Site or our products in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Resell our products without our prior written authorization.
• Misrepresent your age, identity, or shipping destination, including using a forwarding service or out-of-state address to circumvent our shipping restrictions.
• Place or attempt to place an order from outside the United States or for delivery to a restricted state.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
• Introduce malware, scrape data with automated tools, or otherwise interfere with the Site’s operation.

15. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Individual responses to hemp-derived products vary; we make no promise that any particular result will occur.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twisted River Farms, LLC, our owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twisted River Farms, LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue in that forum.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including the list of restricted states in Section 3. The current version will always be posted on the Site with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and any order-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and Twisted River Farms regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
