Yes. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase any product from Twisted River Farms. By checking out, you confirm you meet that age requirement.
No. Twisted River Farms sells and ships only within the United States. We do not accept international orders under any circumstances.
If your order has not yet shipped, email orders@twistedriverfarms.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change it, but you can return unopened items under our return policy.
Checkout is processed securely by our payment processor 2Accept. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Yes. Your card information is submitted directly to 2Accept through an encrypted connection and is not stored on our servers. We receive only limited transaction details such as the order amount, the last four digits of your card, and an authorization code.
Your card is authorized when you place the order and charged when we accept and ship it. If we cancel an order, any authorization or charge will be released or refunded to the original payment method.
We ship within the United States only. Due to state law and shipping restrictions, we do not ship to Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming. We do not ship internationally. State hemp laws change over time, so the current restricted list shown at checkout always controls.
We ship as quickly as we can, and most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after they leave the farm. Carrier delays and weather can occasionally affect delivery times.
Your first order ships free when you sign up for our mailing list at twistedriverfarms.com. We may offer additional free-shipping promotions from time to time on the Site.
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also see tracking details by signing into your account at twistedriverfarms.com/my-account.
Yes. Because our products are age-restricted, all orders ship with adult-signature service. A person 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package, and the carrier will request to see government-issued identification. If no eligible adult is available, the carrier will leave a notice and reattempt delivery according to its policies. Please plan for someone to be available, or have the package routed to a location where an adult can sign — packages that are unclaimed and returned to us are handled under our return policy.
Email orders@twistedriverfarms.com with your order number and a photo of any damage within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund the affected items at our discretion.
Because our products are ingestible and topical wellness goods, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded once we verify the issue.
Email orders@twistedriverfarms.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll send return instructions if your item qualifies.
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we issue refunds to the original payment method through 2Accept, typically within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
No. Twisted River Farms does not sell your personal information, ever. We do not rent, trade, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing. We use the information you give us only to fulfill your orders, run our business, send our own marketing emails if you have opted in, and improve our Site. The only outside parties that see your information are the service providers we need to actually deliver your order — such as our payment processor 2Accept and the shipping carrier — and only the limited information they need to do their job. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. The current Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each item is linked directly on that item’s product page on the Site, so you can view the results for the exact product you’re considering.
We grow our hemp on our family farm without herbicides or pesticides, hand-pick the flower, and extract using organic ethanol. You can read more on our About page at twistedriverfarms.com/twisted-river-farms-organic-cbd-cbg-oil/.
Possibly. Full-spectrum hemp products contain trace amounts of THC (no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight). Even small amounts can accumulate and trigger a positive result on certain drug tests. If drug testing matters for your job or another reason, please consult your testing administrator before using our products.
Hemp-derived CBD and CBG products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, but state and local laws vary and change. Twisted River Farms ships only to states where our products may lawfully be received from Wisconsin, and as of the date of this page that excludes Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming. You are responsible for confirming current legality at your address.
