Hemp Compliance Statement
All cannabinoid products sold by Twisted River Farms are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9 THC) on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”). Each batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and the current Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each item is linked directly on that item’s product page on the Site.
United States Only; State Legality Varies
Twisted River Farms sells and ships only within the United States. We do not ship to Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming, and we do not ship internationally. State and local laws regulating hemp-derived products vary and change frequently. You are solely responsible for confirming that the products you order are legal at the address where they will be delivered. The current restricted-states list is shown at checkout and on our shipping page and may change as laws evolve.
Age Restriction and Adult-Signature Delivery
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase any product from Twisted River Farms. Our products are not intended for use by anyone under that age. All orders ship with adult-signature service: a person 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package, with valid government-issued identification. Customers buying our HEMP Kids line for a minor must do so as the parent or legal guardian and assume full responsibility for whether the product is appropriate for the child. We strongly encourage families to consult a qualified pediatric healthcare provider before giving any hemp-derived product to a child.
Pregnancy and Nursing
Do not use Twisted River Farms products if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, except with the explicit guidance of your healthcare provider.
Drug Interactions
Cannabinoids such as CBD and CBG can interact with prescription medications, including blood thinners, certain antidepressants, anti-seizure medications, and others. Talk with your physician or pharmacist before using our products if you take any medication.
Drug Testing
Full-spectrum hemp products contain trace amounts of THC. Even small amounts can accumulate and may trigger a positive result on certain drug tests. If drug testing is relevant for your employment, athletics, or any other reason, please consult your testing administrator before using Twisted River Farms products. We are not responsible for the outcome of any drug test.
Operating Vehicles and Heavy Machinery
Do not operate motor vehicles, machinery, or perform other tasks that require alertness until you know how a Twisted River Farms product affects you.
